Business and website

SWPPP Now is the customer-facing brand of SWPPP Now, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company. Contact devin@swpppnow.com. This website provides general information about our services; it does not replace applicable agency requirements, permit conditions, or project-specific professional advice.

Inquiries and project acceptance

Submitting an inquiry or referral does not create an accepted project or a service agreement. We review the location, project type, complexity, available information, capacity, and applicable professional requirements. Work begins only after the project and its scope are accepted in writing. The accepted proposal or project agreement governs project-specific services.

Limited founding-project offer

A limited number of qualifying founding projects may receive free initial SWPPP preparation, subject to written acceptance. Eligibility and availability are determined after review. The offer does not automatically include third-party fees, outside professional services, or work outside the agreed scope. No purchase of additional services is required to receive an accepted free founding offer.

Included revisions and support

Every accepted project, paid or free, includes revisions and reasonable project-related support through closeout within the agreed scope. This includes help with applicable paperwork, reviewer or inspector questions, required documentation, and practical instructions for customer obligations.

Material project changes, separate professional services, physical inspections, BMP installation, third-party fees, and other outside-scope work are not automatically included. Additional work and charges must be agreed separately before proceeding.

Timing and payment

Normal preparation is generally targeted within 72 hours after sufficient project information is received. This is not an unconditional guarantee. Timing depends on the project, information received, applicable requirements, and agreed scope; we confirm the expected schedule for each accepted project. Paid pricing and payment timing must be agreed in the project-specific proposal or agreement.

Customer and permittee responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete information and share only documents you have authority to provide. A referral must be authorized. The permittee remains responsible for its legal permit obligations, site activities, required implementation, and actions reserved for the permittee or another qualified party. Our services do not guarantee regulatory approval, permit coverage, or compliance, and do not authorize construction.

Documents, privacy, and receipts

You retain your rights in documents you submit and authorize us and our service providers to use them to review your inquiry, perform accepted work, support the project, and maintain business records as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

A successful online receipt confirms that the inquiry and selected files have been stored. It does not confirm project acceptance, email delivery, regulatory approval, or completed document review. You may inquire without drawings. If an upload or final confirmation fails, keep any reference shown and contact devin@swpppnow.com.
