Who we are
SWPPP Now is the customer-facing brand of SWPPP Now, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company. For privacy questions or requests, contact devin@swpppnow.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when contacting us, submitting a project or referral, or working with us. This may include your name, company, email, phone number, project location and schedule, site information, drawings, documents, revisions, and correspondence. Provide only information and files you are authorized to share.
Our website and service providers may also process IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs, and security cookies. Limited browser storage helps retain referral information for up to 30 days and manage submission retries during a browser session. No third-party advertising or application analytics service is currently connected.
How we use information
We use information to review inquiries and eligibility, communicate with customers and referral partners, prepare and support accepted projects, maintain business records, protect our systems, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use project submissions for targeted advertising.
Service providers and sharing
We use Netlify for hosting and server functions, Supabase for inquiry records and private document storage, Resend for notification emails, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, and Google Workspace for business correspondence. Microsoft Defender supports document security checks. These providers process information needed to perform their services. Notification emails include contact and basic project information, without drawing attachments or public drawing links.
We may also disclose information as required by law or reasonably needed to protect rights, safety, and security. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers.
Storage and access
Project documents are stored privately, and access is limited to authorized business operations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No system can guarantee complete security, continuous availability, or permanent preservation. Keep your own copies of important project records.
Retention
By default, we retain inquiries, project documents, drawings, revisions, and correspondence indefinitely for ongoing business, project support, and recordkeeping purposes. We do not routinely automatically delete real customer records. We honor deletion or correction obligations required by applicable law, subject to legal exceptions and preservation requirements. This policy is not a promise of guaranteed permanent storage or preservation.
Your questions and requests
Contact devin@swpppnow.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Include your inquiry reference if available. We may need to verify your identity and authority, and applicable law determines available rights and exceptions. If you believe we have not properly addressed a request, reply to the same address for further review. Do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will be posted here.
